Nuestro criterio de Dirección de ejecución establece no solo el control de los trabajos y la calidad de la obra, sino la previsión de todos los procesos, para poder llevar a cabo la planificación de los trabajos, la aceptación de muestras, los sistemas constructivos, la aclaración de detalles, la verificación de replanteos y la comprobación de elementos, con el objetivo no solo de ofrecer calidad, sino también eficiencia y productividad. Our execution management criterion establishes not only the control of works and the quality of the work but also the prevision of all processes, to be able to plan the works, the acceptance of samples, construction systems, the clarification of details, the verification of layouts and the checking of elements, with the aim not only to offer quality but also efficiency and productivity. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
La finalidad de la Dirección integral es ofrecer al cliente un control completo de la fase de construcción. Esta misión se inicia una vez finalizado el proyecto y concluye en la finalización de la obra. Así, ofrecemos un control sobre la contratación, la supervisión del estado económico, la planificación y la coordinación de todos los intervinientes en fase ejecución a fin de profesionalizar la figura del promotor en esta fase del proyecto.
Los principales cometidos que ampliarían los descritos en el apartado “Dirección de Ejecución” son:
- Diseño de la estrategia de contratación

- Comparativo de ofertas

The purpose of the Full Management is to offer the client complete control of the building phase. This mission commences once the project has been finalized and concludes on termination of the works. In this way, we offer control over hiring, supervision of the financial situation, and planning and coordination of all of the parties intervening in the execution phase, in order to professionalize the figure of the developer in this phase of the project.
The main tasks that may broaden the scope of those described in the “Execution Management” section are the following:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
El objetivo del Project management es realizar la gestión integral de toda la obra en representación de la propiedad, desde el inicio del proyecto hasta la puesta en funcionamiento. Esto se consigue no solo mediante la generación de documentación y su entrega, sino incorporando el seguimiento, control y recepción de todos los trabajos, con la finalidad de optimizar recursos, costos y plazos y que estos no sufran desvíos respecto a las previsiones iniciales. Entre las principales tareas del Project manager, que completarían las establecidas en el apartado de Dirección integral, destacan las siguientes:
- Estudio de viabilidad técnica y económica
- Asesoramiento sobre contratación del equipo de proyecto
- Gestión y control del proyecto

The aim of the Project management is to perform full management of the entire works on behalf of the owner, from the start of the project up to the operational roll-out. This is achieved not only by means of the generation and delivery of documentation but also by incorporating the monitoring, control and reception of all works, with the purpose of optimizing resources, costs and deadlines and for the latter not to be delayed in relation to the initial forecasts. From among the main tasks of the Project manager, which complete those established in the section on Full Management, the following stand out:

En el ámbito de la seguridad y salud de obras de edificación, tanto si forman parte de un complemento de otro encargo como si se trata de un contrato independiente, los principales trabajos que realizamos son los siguientes:
